hello. thank you for the excellent video, excellent channel. i'd like to ask a question if i may: my left arm hurts in the morning when i awake, and hurts very badly if i lie on my left side - do these symptoms indicate a particular kind of nerve problem? I’m not a expert but the easiest way is to lied down in your bed and then pull your front of your foot pivot the ankle lifting your leg dead straight knee locked and then you can stretch and strengthen your leg and calf muscles which will help you walk better.

I have had neck pain for nearly 3 weeks, but because I’m allergic to NSAIDs and codeine, I have only been able to use paracetamol for pain relief. Unfortunately, paracetamol has not been effective in alleviating my pain. I have sought help from a physiotherapist and my GP, but the exercises they recommended actually made my pain worse. After trying numerous exercises from various sources, I found your video that has provided some relief. The pain has subsided, although I am unsure if this relief is temporary. I plan to continue with these exercises to see if they continue to help. I am grateful for the correct guidance and demonstration of the exercises in this video. It is frustrating that many videos I have looked at before finding yours, has provided inaccurate advice. Thank you 😊

Excellent advice. I tackled all these problems and it's helped, but sitting and talking to someone/a group is what does for me! If I'm having coffee or lunch with a friend/s I have to wriggle a lot.

What am I doing wrong if I’m waking up with soreness in my upper trapezius ? Knots often develop there
I have some pain in the back of my knee at the fold when I am fully squatted, probably from staying in the lowest position of a pistol squat for too long when my body wasn't used to it. The pain goes away when I stand up, but is back when I fully extend my leg as much as possible, but goes away after a minute or so. Is it popliteus strain too? How would I train the popliteus to be more resilient, and how would I heal it? It also happens when I sit on my knees and my knee is fully bent, but I don't feel the small pain when I put my hand against the back of my knee and sit on my knees, though the small pain appears if I stand up after and fully extend my leg.

Do you think it's possible to meaningfully damage the cervical spine with 5lb exercises on a neck harness?
Very informative video and well explained. I had a meniscus tear on my right knee and though my operation last June went well I had my follow up with my consultant and she told me that the operation went well and that the knee itself is in excellent condition. Of course I did the recommended exercises but since my follow up I keep getting a lot of swelling just about the knee. I referee football matches so it's normally after the game that the knee swells up and takes a few days to settle after medication and putting ice on it. Any ideas on why I am getting all this swelling considering the op went well and what excersises I could do? Thank you

I'm 64 and have been stretching every morning since I turned 50. In that time, I have tried countless stretches. The first one described in this video is the most effective stretch I have ever done. What helps me is about a 4" diameter roller on the ground. Lay down and roll myself over it back and forth about 10 times. I get a "pop" out of just about every inch or so all the way up and down and I'm good for the rest of the day. It hurt and was hard to do the first few times, but now it's my favorite thing ever.
I do CrossFit and I’m obsessed with movement. Seeing this video and how your knowledge has instantly helped me with just the first time doing the excercises and seeing other people’s reviews makes me want to be a chiropractor, too. Spreading knowledge about our bodies and keeping people healthy is important.
